Such a great first experience with Ana! I don’t typically get facials because I have sensitive acne prone skin. Ana made this experience very comforting and educational with her sharing of every step before and during the session. She is very considerate with her care! I left with a noticeable difference that had even caught my family’s attention. They said my skin looked “clean and glowing”. I appreciate the passion Ana has at Primavera as it was shared through her care.

I had a wonderful facial experience. Ana was extremely professional, sweet, and caring. Since I have dry skin, she took the time to carefully evaluate my skin first to make sure I had chosen the right treatment, explained everything to me, and then proceeded with what was best for my skin. After the facial, my skin felt incredibly light, clean, and deeply moisturized—it honestly felt like I had brand-new skin. The facial massage was also very relaxing and made the entire experience even better. I highly recommend Anna for anyone looking for a professional and truly personalized facial. Facials are usually fun and refreshing, but my visit with Ana was on an entirely new level. Ana is an expert esthetician who provides exceptional care. I felt safe in her hands, never rushed, and appreciated her principle of no hard sells. She began with a careful skin assessment to personalize my treatment and helped me clarify my goals. Ana explained each step of the process, which included dermaplaning, a pore detox, deep vacuum, and ultrasonic spatula treatment. All of these were new to me, and she made sure I was comfortable and informed throughout. She finished with three mask treatments and the best facial massage I’ve ever experienced. My skin felt calm afterward and still feels fantastic. I’m very happy with Ana’s services and booking my next appointment.
